Ram Vaswani Career Overview: From Snooker Tables to WSOP Gold
Ram Vaswani built one of the most respected careers in European poker, and this site preserves his story as it was told in his official biography. Nicknamed "Crazy Horse", he is a member of The Hendon Mob and the only player to reach three EPT final tables, a record that still defines his name.
His first love was not poker but snooker. He played the game professionally for two years before deciding he was not quite good enough to reach the very top, and the competitive hunger moved across to the card tables.
Ram was always more interested in gambling than in practising, and the move into poker fed his competitiveness. It was not long before he was travelling the world playing the biggest tournaments on the circuit.

At the 2002 World Series of Poker he finished second and third in two World Championship events, and he followed that with three WSOP final tables in 2004. His record three EPT final tables remain a landmark of the tour's early era.
